GOLD PRINTER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

	1.	Inventory and number each machine to enable the user to easily identify the printer when calling in for service.
	2.	Designated customer service representative and service technicians assigned to each branch so the users at the branches will be comfortable dealing with the same people on a regular basis.
	3.	FREE service calls within 8 business hours or sooner.
	4.	FREE labor to fix any printer that needs repair.
	5.	FREE loaner printer if your printer needs to be taken to the shop for major repair.

PLATINUM PRINTER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

	1.	Inventory and number each machine to enable the user to easily identify the printer when calling in for service.
	2.	Designated customer service representative and service technicians assigned to each branch so the users at the branches will be comfortable dealing with the same people on a regular basis.
	3.	Free service calls within 6 business hours.
	4.	Free labor on any printer that needs repair.
	5.	Free replacement of any mechanical parts broken due to normal wear and tear on the printer.
	6.	Free maintenance kits.
	7.	Free loaner printer if your printer needs to be taken to the shop for major repair.

PRINTER MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS, OPTION 3

	1.	Annual cleaning of each machine.
	2.	Inventory and number each machine to enable the user to easily identify the printer when calling in for service.
	3.	Designated customer service representative and service technicians assigned to each branch so the users at the branches will be comfortable dealing with the same people on a regular basis.
	4.	Service calls within 8 business hours or sooner to fix any printer that needs repair.
	5.	Free loaner printer if your printer needs to be taken to the shop for major repair.
	6.	Replacement of any parts broken due to normal wear and tear on the printer. Items to be covered are: A) Fuser G) Paper guide assembly B) Pick up rollers H) Exit Belts C) Transfer rollers I) Upper delivery roller D) Separation pads J) Drive gear assembly E) Paper feed tires K) Spring roller holder F) Lower exit rollers L) Lc pick up roller
	7.	The program does not include user maintenance kits for the 4000, 4100, 5si, 8000, and 8100.
	8.	The cost will be $125.00 per machine for all HP series 2,3,2p, 3p, 4l, 4ml,and 5p.
		The cost will be $150.00 per machine per year for the HP 4,4+,5,5m,3si,and 4si.
		The cost will be $225.00 per machine per year for the HP 5si, 8000, and 8100.
		The cost will be $250.00 per machine per year for the HP 2100, HP 4000, and HP4100

COST PER PAGE PRINTER SERVICE OPTION, OPTION 4
Cardinal Cartridge, Inc. will charge a set price per page based on volume which will include all toner, parts, and service calls. You will receive an invoice once per month based on the usage. Refer to Platinum Maintenance for all the details of the program.

PARTS AND LABOR, OPTION 5
We will perform all service for a flat rate of $89.00 per hour. There will be a $40.00 travel charge and we will provide you with a parts price list which we will guarantee for one year.
